Bethan qualified as a solicitor in January 2015 and has specialised in family law ever since, working in well-respected local and regional firms across Surrey, including a top-tier Legal 500 practice. Throughout her career she has developed extensive experience across all areas of private family law, with particular expertise in divorce, financial matters and disputes involving children.
Bethan’s approach is centred on reducing conflict wherever possible. Bethan takes an outcome-focused and pragmatic stance, ensuring that every step taken is aimed at protecting her clients’ interests while guiding them towards a fair and constructive settlement. When advising on arrangements for children, she adopts a child-focused approach, helping parents prioritise their children’s needs and find workable, practical solutions to bring disputes to an end.
Bethan is a trained collaborative lawyer, having completed her training in 2018. She is passionate about non-court dispute resolution and uses collaborative methods where appropriate to help families navigate separation in a more dignified and transparent way.
