Associate, Solicitor, Collaborative Lawyer
Gemma is an Associate solicitor specialising in family law, with a specific focus on financial claims; including some that have an international element. She also has experience in matters relating to children.
Gemma’s approach to family cases is sensible and effective. She is driven by achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. She intends to train as a collaborative lawyer in due course.
Gemma joined FLP in March 2016 from a London boutique firm, prior to this she trained and qualified at a leading regional firm in the South East.
Immensely proud of her strong Sussex connections Gemma has lived most of her adult life in Brighton where she studied at Sussex University, obtaining a First in her LLB Law degree. Gemma went on to pass the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with distinction at the College of Law, London Bloomsbury.
In her spare time Gemma enjoys keeping fit (or at least pretending to) and eating out. She is also a novice horticulturalist having attempted to grow her own fruit and vegetables.
