Hannah is an Associate Solicitor based in the Brighton office. She joined Family Law Partners towards the end of 2022 from a full-service firm in London where she had trained.

More About Hannah

Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2019 having undertaken seats in Banking & Finance, Planning, Employment and Family during her training contract. She has since gained a wide range of experience working on both children and financial matters, including relocation cases, disputes around child arrangements, the preparation and negotiation of pre and post-nuptial agreements and variation proceedings. Hannah is also a member of Resolution.

Named as a recommended lawyer in The Legal 500’s 2022 and 2023 rankings, Hannah’s testimonials note that she “stands out for having a strong practice in both children and finance”, that “a client knows they can obtain a comprehensive and outstanding service from Hannah time after time” and that she is an “excellent solicitor, wonderful manner with clients, firm and clear advice, very on top of papers and figures”.

Hannah regularly contributes to legal publications such as the Family Law Journal and Resolution’s The Review and her comments on family law issues often feature in the wider press.

Hannah read English Literature at the University of Sheffield and has a Masters in Shakespeare and Renaissance Drama from King’s College London. She then spent time living and working in New Zealand, Switzerland and France before returning to England to study for the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2015 in which she achieved a Distinction. Before starting her training contract, Hannah worked with National Justice Museum Education to provide creative learning experiences for school children at the Royal Courts of Justice.

Hannah has been a family law clinic volunteer for Citizen’s Advice since she qualified as a solicitor, where she provides discreet advice to members of the local community on a wide range of family law issues.

 Outside of work, Hannah enjoys yoga, stand-up paddle boarding and snowboarding. She is a native Brightonian and continues to live there with her husband and their cat, Watson.
