Hannah joined Family Law Partners in September 2021, having spent the earlier years of her career working in a well-known London firm and a top tier specialist family law firm. Hannah is an accredited Mediator and has significant experience in advising clients on a wide range of family matters, to include divorce, the financial implications of a separation and the arrangements for children.
Hannah has a particular interest in complex financial cases and relocation cases. She has advised in cases involving multi-jurisdictions, business assets, critical illness claims and inheritance. She has also acted for parents seeking to relocate both within and outside England and Wales and for parents wishing to prevent such a move.
Hannah is known for her eye for detail, patience and her warm and compassionate approach to clients. She genuinely cares about her clients and strives to achieve the best outcome that meets their needs and the needs of any children. Hannah recognises that each individual approaches the breakdown of a relationship differently and each case requires a tailored approach.
Hannah is a member of Resolution and previously sat on the Young Resolution committee. She is also a Resolution trained mediator, and a hybrid mediator, with a recent client saying “Thank you again for everything, you were an excellent mediator and I couldn’t have asked more.” She is a real advocate of exploring alternative dispute resolution, with the hope of avoiding Court. She takes a proportionate approach to her cases, providing direct and pragmatic advice.
Hannah has been recognised by Chambers and Partners UK since 2024, and is ranked as a Leading Partner in the 2026 UK Guide. The current edition describes Hannah as “an excellent solicitor. She’s highly professional, has excellent legal and procedural knowledge and is a go-to for highly hostile family disputes” and “she’s unflappable, thoughtful and wise beyond her years.”
