Jayne’s expertise extends to all aspects of family law including, financial settlements following divorce, civil partnership and cohabitation breakdown, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and cohabitee and separation agreements. She also assists separating parents resolve arrangements for their children.
She supports a wide range of clients including those who are mid to high-net-worth individuals. She has extensive experience in resolving cases involving pensions, trust arrangements, overseas financial funds, family businesses, and inheritance.
Jayne also accepts instructions from court-appointed Financial Deputies representing clients who are involved in divorce proceedings.
Jayne is an accredited Family Mediator and Hybrid Mediator and accepts referrals from solicitors or directly from separating couples who wish to resolve issues in the mediation process. Jayne is qualified to conduct statutory MIAMs.
As a member of Resolution Jayne is committed to resolving family problems following relationship breakdown in a constructive, cost-effective and sensitive manner. She is also a member of the Law Society Family Panel and the Family Mediation Council.
In her spare time, Jayne involves getting outdoors for long-distance walking, the arts, music (listening, not playing!) and spending time with her family.
