Kim is a Senior Associate and Mediator at Family Law Partners. She advises individuals on a broad range of family law matters, offering clear and compassionate support through some of life’s most significant transitions. Whether guiding clients through the formation of a relationship or its breakdown, Kim delivers thoughtful, practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. Her expertise covers all aspects of family law, including financial matters following separation or divorce, child arrangements, and issues arising for unmarried couples. She also advises on pre and post-nuptial agreements, supports clients in cases involving domestic abuse, and has worked closely with the Court of Protection to assist vulnerable individuals.
Kim is committed to resolving issues constructively and amicably, without court proceedings wherever possible. When court involvement is necessary, Kim provides robust, strategic advice and is focused on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Kim plays an active role in the local legal community where she sits on the committees for Surrey Resolution and Surrey’s Association of Women Solicitors. She is also a long-standing member of Resolution.
Kim joined Family Law Partners in October 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience. She holds a degree in Law and French from Cardiff University, which included a year studying law at the University of Nantes in France.
Bilingual in English and French, Kim also advises on cases that have an international element.
