Miriam is the firm's Practice Management Group Director and Head of Operations, she oversees the smooth running of the business.
As Family Law Partner’s Director of Practice Management Miriam is responsible for the day to day running of the firm as well as internal policies, processes and financial matters such as collection, budgeting, financial controls and payroll. Miriam also ensures the development of the business plan and strategies.
Miriam started working in the legal industry after finishing college in 1996. She was initially employed with a regional firm’s Employment Law department where she commenced her ILEX studies, and soon found her passion for Family Law. She has worked with Alan for over 20 years, and more recently Robert.
Miriam has extensive experience across all areas of Family Law, especially in relation to the divorce and ancillary relief process, pre-nuptial agreements, collaborative law and Inheritance Act matters.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, literature and tweeting!
