Zoë Summers qualified as a specialist family Solicitor in 2009. She is a member of Resolution and is an accredited specialist in complex financial remedy cases for medium to high net worth and low to medium value matters. Zoë is a qualified collaborative practitioner and a member of the Eastbourne Law Society.

Prior to joining Family Law Partners, Zoë was a Partner and Deputy Head of the Family team at a regional legal firm.

Zoë is experienced in all aspects of family law.  Zoë excels in matters concerning complex financial remedy issues such as company assets, trusts, third-party issues and international assets.  Zoë is well attuned to issues involving children whether that be settling arrangements for children on a day-to-day basis or dealing with a specific issue such as schooling or relocation.  Zoë frequently advises clients in relation to pre and post-nuptial agreements, which are becoming ever more popular.

Zoë is personable and client-focused.  She is committed to understanding each client’s individual goals.  Zoë relishes finding innovative ways of resolving matters and considers it essential to always give clients a range of options and a full understanding of the possible outcomes so that they are empowered in their decision-making.
