Caroline Walmsley was appointed Managing Director in October 2024 having previously advised the firm on a consultancy basis as a strategic and tactical business advisor since 2017. An experienced management consultant, Caro has helped to build the leadership team within the firm and create the foundations for its expansion, as well as providing ongoing coaching and mentoring services to the Directors in the firm.
Caro has been instrumental in helping Family Law Partners shape their strategic plans, and to ensure the team have all they need to put these plans into practice as well as continuing to provide innovative thinking.
In addition to legal services, Caro’s executive management experience covers other industry areas including academic and commercial publishing, learning technologies, education and training, venture capital funds and non-profit organisations.
