Freya is a Client Services Lead within Family Law Partners' Operations team, based out of the Horsham office. She joined us in 2026, bringing a strong academic grounding in human rights law and a genuine passion for supporting people through difficult circumstances.
Freya graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2023, where she focused much of her studies on human rights law, which an area she remains deeply passionate about. During her studies, she volunteered with a legal charity providing legal support and advocacy for individuals affected by drug use and drug-related laws, giving her first-hand experience of how the right support can make a real difference to people navigating some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
In her role as Client Services Lead, Freya is part of the Operations team supporting the busy Horsham office, helping to ensure clients receive a smooth, well-organised and reassuring experience from their very first point of contact. Her background in advocacy and client support has given her a real understanding of the importance of empathy and clear communication, qualities she brings to the team every day.
Freya spent six months travelling around South America and has worked as an au pair for a family in Paris (though she’ll be the first to admit her French could still use some work).
Freya is also a creative at heart, with a love of painting and making things, and she’s a firm believer in the value of staying active. She’s a keen yogi and enjoys pilates and running – this year she completed the Cambridge Half Marathon, and she’s now set her sights on more half marathons, with a full marathon as the ultimate goal.
Freya is looking forward to the next chapter of her career and seeing where the future takes her at Family Law Partners.
