Kirsten joined our team as an Operational Support Assistant in Autumn 2022 and has since moved into a HR and People space where she became HR Officer.
With a 10-year background in customer services, including in the medical industry, Kirsten is skilled at working with and managing large, busy teams. She has a strong background in project management that she draws on in order to support our growing team of specialist lawyers and ensure the smooth running of the firmâs HR policies and practices.
Kirsten thrives working in a fast paced, professional environment and is passionate about using her skills to pre-empt and deliver on the needs of her colleagues and in turn, their clients.
In 2024 she completed her CIPD Foundation Qualification (Level 3).
In Kirstenâs spare time she can be found with her horses, training and competing at local competitions. She loves reading and socialising, and hosts a monthly dinner party for her friends. Kirsten loves visiting new places and travelling, and is especially fond of European city breaks.
