Rachel joined Family Law Partners in 2019 from a specialist family practice and top tier law firm. She has extensive experience advising on the legal issues surrounding a divorce and separation, financial claims and arrangements for children. Rachel works in our Horsham office.
Rachel is valued for her personal, supportive and pragmatic approach and she works tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for her clients. She often deals with complex financial matters many of which involve business interests and pensions. Rachel has also represented clients in the High Court.
A member of Resolution, Rachel is committed to working in a solution focussed, practical and amicable way wherever possible, adopting all forms of dispute resolution whilst recognising that some cases require resolution through the court/arbitration. She is strategic in her approach and works with tact, diplomacy and tenacity as the situation demands.

Rachel was born in Horsham, spending a large part of her childhood playing squash to an international level. Outside of work Rachel is a keen triathlete and has a young family and is therefore kept very much on her toes.
