With over 15 years’ experience advising law firms at Board level, Scott leads the operational management function at Family Law Partners, working closely with the firm's Managing Director and the wider leadership and operations team. His expertise spans people and financial management, operations and risk management, and marketing and business development. With a focus on continuous improvement, Scott drives operational excellence to embed best working practices and deliver exceptional client service.
Prior to joining Family Law Partners, Scott held senior roles at two full-service mid-market law firms, where he successfully led teams and implemented strategies that enhanced both business performance and client outcomes. He is passionate about workplace culture, championing employee engagement at all levels to create a positive, productive environment where individuals and teams thrive.
A strong advocate for innovation, Scott takes a keen interest in the role of new technologies, including AI, in driving efficiencies and enabling law firms to deliver smarter, more sustainable solutions for clients.
Based in Brighton for more than 20 years, Scott enjoys life on the South Coast with his young family. Outside of work, he can often be found on the touchline managing a spirited under-14s football team, or exploring Brighton’s vibrant music, food and cultural scene.
