Vic joined Family Law Partners in 2026. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, she's responsible for the smooth running of the firm and maintaining an excellent client experience, including innovation around how technology and other advancements can ensure the highest-quality legal services.
Vic has more than 20 years of experience building and leading teams in professional services firms and fast-growing tech companies. Her experience spans operations, communications, marketing, strategy and management at start-ups through to large corporates.
Vic enjoys cooking feasts for friends and family, walking on the South Downs, and doing up decrepit old houses.
