Chambers UK ‘lawyer to watch’ Gemma Hope arrives at FLP
Family Law Partners have further boosted its specialist team with the arrival of family solicitor and collaborative lawyer Gemma Hope.
A member of Resolution and a Resolution Accredited Specialist (Children and Complex Financial Remedies), Gemma is also one of only a select number of family solicitors to be recognised as an associate to watch in family law by the independent legal directory Chambers and Partners UK.
Gemma specialises in dealing with the financial and children issues that can arise following separation, divorce or civil partnership dissolution with a particular expertise in financial matters involving pension funds, inherited wealth, business assets and in children matters involving issues relating to parental responsibility, parenting arrangements and removal from the jurisdiction.
Gemma works regularly with LGBT families and the complex legal issues that can arise within such family structures.
