Family Law Partners continues its expansion with the arrival of Essex lawyer Louise Buttery

Family Law Partners has announced further geographical expansion with the arrival of respected family solicitor and collaborative practitioner Louise Buttery who joins as a Consultant in Essex.

Family Law Partners, holders of The Law Society ‘Medium Law Firm of the Year’ title, has seen rapid expansion in recent years and continues to grow across the South.

The arrival of Essex-based Louise follows news of Consultant Emily Pain who joined in North Hampshire/Surrey earlier this year, and the opening of the firm’s office in Horsham in 2019. Family Law Partners now has offices in Brighton, London, Horsham, Lewes, Hampshire, Surrey and Essex.

A collaboratively trained family law specialist, Louise’s ethos is to protect her clients from the emotional and financial cost of the ‘traditional’ court process. She is a member of The Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Accreditation Scheme and a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Complex Financial Remedies and Children Law.

She has been recommended by the Legal 500 since 2017, including for her niche specialism in cases involving applications for children to be relocated, whether this is within England and Wales or abroad, describing her as ‘a pragmatic child relocation specialist’.
