Family Law Partners announce expansion into Horsham

Winners of the national Medium Law Firm of the Year at the recent Law Society Awards, Family Law Partners, has announced its expansion into Horsham with newly appointed Director Kate Elliott heading up a new team. With the firm’s London offices opening its doors at the beginning of the year, 2019 has seen significant growth for the specialist family law practice.

Kate is an experienced family lawyer having been trained at a City firm before working at specialist family law practices. Legal 500 described her as ‘a forward thinker who makes no decision without first contemplating all the potential consequences and fiercely protects her clients’ interest’ Kate is a Resolution accredited specialist and Mediator.

The Horsham team is strengthened by Rachel Nicholl who has joined as an Associate Solicitor. Rachel comes from a respected specialist family practice and top tier law firm and has extensive experience advising on the legal issues surrounding divorce and separation, financial claims and arrangements for children. Rachel often deals with complex financial matters, many of which involve business interests and pensions. Rachel has represented clients in the High Court and has recently been involved in a complex children case, the outcome of which has been appealed to the Court of Appeal.
